Hi, I found your page today while fault finding a dead Buffalo NAS, after hooking it up to an external PSU to prove it worked I took out the PSU and changed the large capacitor for a similar rated and it now works fine, thank you for the information 🙂

Ihre Seite hat mir geholfen. Nach Auswechseln des 47µ-Elkos funktionierte das Netzteil wieder. Ich habe das Bauteil ohne Messung getauscht.
Bemerken möchte ich noch, daß die Reaktion der Fa. Buffalo unmöglich ist und das sich auch auf mein
künftiges Kaufverhalten auswirken wird.
